For anyone interested in Riesling and Wine Science, Lars Carlberg, who exports fantastic Rieslings under the
Mosel Wine Merchant Imprint, has generously provided a graduate seminar entitled: "On Aromatics: Wild Ferment, Sulfur and Slate" at the
Brooklynguy College of Wine.
Lab Employees will receive 10 (ten) Continuing Education Credits for attending.
